14-Day Return Window
You may return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How to request a return
Contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup or provide a return address. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size, color or piece are handled the same way. Any price difference will be settled accordingly.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized/custom pieces may not be returnable unless faulty. Gift-wrapped unworn items are eligible.
